The Digital Lab is designed to provide AIB employees with an interactive space to explore the Bank’s activities, develop new skills, and gain hands-on familiarity with the technologies and digital solutions we use to enhance our customers’ banking experience.
In collaboration with the Learning & Development Department, we also plan to welcome students from universities and schools to the Digital Lab. These visits will provide an opportunity for students to learn more about AIB, our products and services, and the future of digital banking.
The Digital Lab reflects AIB’s continued focus on innovation, learning, digitalization, and building a more inclusive banking ecosystem.
