I am honored and privileged to be writing to you all to introduce myself.

Since last month I have been appointed as the CEO of Afghanistan International Bank.

It is truly an honor and a privilege to be the custodian of the Bank during what is a challenging yet opportunistic time for all of us here in the country to deliver a better banking experience for everyone.

I have committed to our regulator that I intend to build a bank centered in its values: for the people and managed by the people. This will involve developing our offerings and providing everyone with services that meet their everyday requirements.

Our motto is 'YOUR PARTNER FOR GROWTH.' This is exactly how I see us, we are in this together.

We have completed all our preparatory work to be approved as a fully Sharia Compliant bank, and this will commence an exciting new chapter in the banking landscape of Afghanistan.

Rest assured my team will not stop until we provide products and services that you can be proud of.
